This week I've had several girls mention their desire for a big, beefy man (in one case a direct quote, other just with minor phrases like "big strong arms"). The only girls I know that don't seem to want a big beefcake...want other women. Even the women-wanting ones seem to want beefcake men, with the woman standards being more flexible. Does this mean every time I see a woman with a small guy, short or skinny or both, that they have settled?

I have to start paying attention to marketing - not getting any younger, ya know. I've lifted weights for over ten years, and while I am often referred to as 'fit' or 'in shape' I realize I'll never be beefy or big (often meaning tall). Unless I pull a gattaca, I'm stuck at my current height.

So, the logical pursuit is to become more woman-like.

Ha! You've fallen into my trap! I've demonstrated the tremendous strength and stamina required to whine about nothing - a demonstration that proves I am in fact beefy! Who else but BEEF would have the ability to waste so much energy on nothing! Ha!
