( So I decorated my DC home for halloween... )

I'm waiting for someone, anyone, to post pictures from the party last night so I can show my slutty costume.

I'm thrilled and shocked that a) my pumpkins were not smashed, b) chalk writes so well on a porta-potty. Not thrilled that it appears inspection is still pending. I gave pumpkins to both neighbors and we're all giving out candy Friday. The younger George seemed to imply our soccer screaming latino neighbors were kind rednecky...complained about how sloppy his dad was (noting the porch was a real mess). I said well yeah, and I'd say something about the toilet in the back yard but...and I pointed at my porta-potty "I don't have any room to talk!"

I am exhausted. I thought this trip was pretty easy but I'm destroyed - slept a lot today. May bail on tonight's party for multiple reasons. Pretty sure no spellbound for me.

Tomorrow is the marine marathon...which is awesome but also shuts down my neighborhood entirely.
