I'm taking ibuprofen, considering taking heroin for the first time since I stopped, and currently sitting on a throne of pillows and ice packs. Setback continues. Adding insult to injury, with no cause whatsofuckingever, my shoulder was giving me serious grief in the gym - taking 30 lbs or so off my lifts. I have one fucking thing I can do in the gym, except now I can't / yesterday I couldn't.

I've been more than patient but this isn't the first time you haven't met the schedule you requested. If this isn't wrapped up 100% by Monday Feb 9 I'm going to turn it back over to insurance.

This has gone on since October - my legal advice / conclusion is being nice is utterly pointless if you don't know the recipient of your efforts merits the same.
