The restored draft is a blank page. /metaphor and reality

I'm taking ibuprofen, considering taking heroin for the first time since I stopped, and currently sitting on a throne of pillows and ice packs. Setback continues. Adding insult to injury, with no cause whatsofuckingever, my shoulder was giving me serious grief in the gym - taking 30 lbs or so off my lifts. I have one fucking thing I can do in the gym, except now I can't / yesterday I couldn't.

Remember the neighbor who hit my car?

What is the status?
I do not want to do any more extensions or delays - I'd like this wrapped up. Thank you,

I will sending out another payment this week.

So I responded:
Previously you said "I will give Another payment on jan 15th. And we should Done with it all on February 1st. "

I've been more than patient but this isn't the first time you haven't met the schedule you requested. If this isn't wrapped up 100% by Monday Feb 9 I'm going to turn it back over to insurance.
Thank you,

This has gone on since October - my legal advice / conclusion is being nice is utterly pointless if you don't know the recipient of your efforts merits the same.

What the heck is your shoulder doing/not doing?

When I push up (forward from lying on a bench), it feels stabbing pain on top of the shoulder...perhaps radiating to (from?) the neck as well. I had trouble like that before, but was able to fix it combining rest with rolling a lacrosse ball into the back of the joint where the shoulder blade is in back...

Is anything happening while you are lowering the weights down to your chest?

Yeah, hurts. Stabbing/pinching...I can control it a bit more on the up movement as I sort of pull my shoulders down while doing it, super check my elbows...closer grip helps but doesn't alleviate the issue.

Which is worse, pushing up or controlling the down?

Not sure - I think the coming down.

Sounds like your AC joint may be irritated. Try the tactic you did last time it did this and see if tones down.

Do me a favor...try this:

Raise your arm in front of you at shoulder height. Then reach across your body in front of you, as if you were to wash your opposite shoulder.

No pain when I do that (did with straight and bent elbow) though I'm stiff.

Might be a little shoulder joint instability, but rest should help some. You might want to consider more rotator cuff specific activities to strengthen the whole complex. The muscles would be supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis. These exercises would be lighter weights and more reps for a bit -- think reconditioning and teaching before strength.

Please take all my ideas with a grain of salt. Of course it hard for me to know for sure without getting my hands on you or seeing you. So...I'd say if it persists, you might want a real exam.

Thanks! I had luck previously with my chiro with whom I'm overdue (since I'm all surgery-fied n'stuff).

Couldn't hurt. I do try to use good form, there is some controversy over various rotator cuff programs, but it's something to explore. Looks like rest is not a bad idea under any condition.

I'm not having trouble with t-bar rows, it's more the press...not sure I see the angle there. Dips though.

Also, any other actions/movements creating similar pain?

sounds like my recent bother with rotator cuffs. Mine is worse on the side where I had an A/C separation.

I don't recommend the H., but who am I to talk, as coke has become trendy again around here.

Heh...well this is a new week - I may take this week off, or just play it by ear. A bud recommended I do dips as a supplement.
