Oct. 4th, 2012 09:20 pmBack-burnering not hot coffee until after my next work travel. The last batch was still weak, and I'm not sure it didn't taste worse for sitting in a metal pan overnight. I also didn't feel like grinding the beans, cleaning the press and/or pan, and setting out the coffee this AM or during lunch - and if it's weak after 12 hours, might as well just hot it up. 9pm coffee ground for tomorrow.
