My mom is in town, leaving tomorrow.
I'm tired.
It's been about a week of loud MSNBC, crumbs everywhere (how's that for revenge?), walking slowly for hours, and beer.

Oh, and diablo 3. I'm lev 29 and crawling. This game is far harder, less intuitive, and possibly more annoying than d2. Jury is currently out on this game.

I just started playing Diablo III this week. So far, I like it but, I haven't played Diablo before so I don't have much of a comparison and it's not all that similar to WoW. I did think it was kind of similar to Baldur's Gate which I did play and liked. I think my highest level character is level 8, so I've barely touched most of the content I assume.

Yeah, and I keep getting disconnected though, I'm sure that might just be volume at this point.

I absolutely love the graphics.

But--I've become used to the wealth of detail in WoW, and cannot always compare the different advantages and relevance of the runes and abilities we gain as we advance.

I've gotten my Wizard to 24.5, but I've hit a wall for the moment: Belial. In the final combat with it, I've gone and died 7 times; I've used different combinations of spells and runes, with a Templar companion, but I have yet to beat Belial.

The one thing I loath the most is IF you leave the game at an inconvenient point it is hell to figure out where you need to begin the trail again. That, and a server hiccup made me retrace two entire segments to get back to the right starting point. ARGH.

Agreed - and I had a higher level person come in on that B fellow.

I've gone back to leveling at lower levels.
