Nov. 25th, 2011 04:06 pmAfter a near-altercation in a bar, I decided to work boxing back into my workout. Gee, after 3 years of my elbows not working, I suck at hitting the heavy bag. During one round I hit wrong / jarred my elbow twice. I limited myself to jabs for a round, then only jabs and crosses. My footwork was horrible, but the poor cardio I expected. If I am able to do this, I'm a long way from where I was.
That's to be expected. Still sucks.
