Scary red harlequin baby is on stilts. Baby body has big scary very male painted face.

Makes concentrated grimace
Candy drops down from beneath baby body
Creepy baby makes relieved face
children run to grab chocolates while parents are horrified
Haw man I fell out and applauded. He creeped me out.
Couldn't have picked a better use of the last 80 deg weekend in summer.
Too much insult, degredation of human spirit, and hate in this governor's order for me to describe:
