Woke up at 4am on what is going to be a long day. I was in the gym yesterday (I'm regular again, like fiber in your diet) so I figured I'd get some sort of protein shake. I made a beaker full of coffee press, turned on adult swim in the living room so I can hear it (yay boondocks, niggah), and put about a teaspoon of organic unbleached sugar in the bottom of a mug. Then I poured in about 3/4 of a mug of coffee (med roast, Zeke's). I then topped it off with skim milk and stirred. I can just feel the muscle growing!
Work hurts my ass and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm probably making a mountain out of an administrative system that will waste an average of 10 minutes to an hour every day I work this job for the rest of my life, and a guy who is quiet, calm, and polite - but dictates from above in a highly autocratic fashion while saying "team" until you want to ram a skewer up his nose where nobody can see.
Sometimes I miss being an empowered peasant in the middle ages.
