Ok about the dumbness, the argument for:
Right now a guy is stuck in my parking lot, and while I can tell the people helping push him are coaching him right, he refuses to do anything but continue to spin his wheels to try and get in the parking lot. I am not going to help him. I love to help people, but this guy and his black station wagon deserve to be buried. For the record, I live on a hill with an incline of um...a lot.

I saw a very frustrated Arlington County cop yelling at a woman when I walked to the store. I missed the beginning, but as I passed he was telling her she had to clear the license plate, that the back window was still complete covered, that the snow would blow off and blind everyone else - and he really could give her a ticket. She argued back, and he said "Look, pull over and clean off your car. If you can't do that, then it's real simple - don't drive!" He drove off, and she got out and started palming off her car...in the middle of the street where it was sitting. If he shot her I would have been a witness that it was self-defense.

Just saw my second jogger go by.

I've watched Jet Li and now the zombie Romero movie. Nachos soon. This is a good snow.

Oh and I finally got my charity stuff done. IT TOOK AN ACT OF GOD TO GET ME TO HELP ?

that cop should have given her a ticket just on principle. when i drove home last night, i didn't adequately clear my side windows, and had to stop and take care of that because i didn't feel comfortable not being able to see correctly what was beside me.

i don't understand people who can (and do) drive in a vacuum like that.

I think the only reason he didn't was he had more important things to do in the middle of a blizzard. I mean, she was all ornery with him and he was really doing her a favor - anytime a cop says "this is illegal, fix it" rather than citing you formally or with a club...it's a good thing, right?
