I tell you...not a week goes by that something else in pop culture doesn't develop its own popapocalyptic image. So much to work with; so little time.

Well the cartoon is based on a show on...I think it's the history channel...called "Life after people." They diagnose if people leave how much of our stuff stays for how long...it's hot. Strokeable.

Turns out the state-sized floating plastic particles in 2 parts of the oceans outlive our concrete jungle.

Oh, I know. I have the dvd of the initial presentation. They now have it as a series. It is interesting, and definitely *should* help the poorly educated television scriptwriters who fail to understand how quickly the works of humans decay if basic maintenance is not observed.
