Other than work drama, since returning nothing matters? I feel full - full of people, taking a break, sick as hell and hiding until I feel alive. I wouldn't mind having use of my left arm again - I miss feeling strong, able to move my own body without consequences.

Can I feel like going to a dance club if I won't leave the house? I know i could hit that night tonight - but I don't feel like that kind of club, and really not that club. I think they have the worst bar in all of DC.

I couldn't bring back cheap liquor. I was going to load up in the duty free store, but due to different standards of intl security on airlines...once you go through Chile security, upon boarding the US-bound plane you had to go through another security checkpoint that would remove all liquids. So, you could buy duty free liquor and get a liter of grey goose for about $30, but then you'd cough it up when you tried to board the plane - same as if it was water, gatorade, or a shoe-bomb.

I miss doing somethig meaningful, but I'm tired of being tired. I loved family but I'm all familied out. I miss all the people but I'm sick of being around people.

I can talk all day on here, present, display, hide, misrepresent, show, and none of it means a thing. I talk to myself in hope of an audience. Action, that's all it takes. I'm not sure if I found confidence or apathy - either way it works.

Work may have just gotten much worse, based, oddly, on catfish. Or better. I'm not speaking in riddles so much as it doesn't matter and I don't know.

They deliver your duty-free liquor to you once you're already on-board. At least that's how it works between DC and London.

They only had that option for "sky mall" duty free shopping, which only had whiskey. 5 types from JD to Chivas Regal, but still just whiskey. I was happy that the duty-free shop employees warned me that if I bought the booze I would lose it on the plane entrance (or have to drink it on the spot, which has been done before but with the result of alcohol poisoning).

They'd be upstairs tonight, without the drippy bar. There are (several) good bands, so they won't be in the caverns. I'd be there, but the boy came down so I am at home.

Lunch/Happy Hour soon?

Very soon. I know they're upstairs, but I actually like the filthy bar. With expensive tiny drinks and a bartender who skips out with mood swings that don't parallel my own...Ok I can't blame the bar, I just don't feel like going out.

Yes soon please. I think I'm almost not unhealthy now, hope so.

Sheesh, I would expect all international airports to have worked out the liquids thing by now. All the places I've been since maybe 6 months after that rule was instated have had *something* to enable you to buy duty free. Specially sealed packaging that is allowed through gate security, delivery on the walkway onto the aircraft, order when you leave and pick up when you return, whatever. I guess the places I go are just a little bit more invested in the "cheap booze for US travellers" market.

My revenge will be getting drunk at home for weeks on end, to save money from bars. Of course, this benefits my cause not one iota...which is also a bar of sorts.
