vicarzLast night in chronosy was a real kick. One negative note - if you don't have time for a shower and clean clothes, you really don't have time for the club. Fresh sweat is fine, but it doesn't stink. You do. Ick. Other than that, the crowd was nice, mixed, and sizeable. It seems everyone recovered from pensic and wasn't at faire yet, geeks. I was pretty, and pretty annoying I think. Hooray!
My oddity last night was playing around with some friends, and OFF the dance floor I did some quick boxy-boxy moves. Next thing I know this very fit military looking fellow is talking to me about boxing (actually kickboxing). He was cute but I really didn't want to have a conversation about boxing - I quickly identified myself as sucking horribly. Luckily they played a silly old cure song, so I got to go out and do absurdly girlie dances. Knowing someone was into the boxy-boxy made it far easier to remember not to boxy-boxy while dancing. Then I was off the dance floor when another military guy asked what force I was in based on my haircut. Looking butch is just weird.
I can't believe I stayed out past 2am again. I had much fun talking with lots of my old school friends. Sure I'll need to nap at some point today, but last night was worth every silly moment.
Just got back from the hospital - dad's pneumonia is worse. They can't figure out the cause, so they're just smacking him with random antibiotics. Dood is tired, very tired.
