Took a mock bar over the last 2 days - didn't do that well on my essays - self-grading I think I got 3 on each of 3, 4 max. "Fundamental mistakes of law." The MBE wasn't as painful as I expected. The average for test-takers at this stage is a 105 (out of 200), though for the actual exam it's like 140. I just scored myself and I got a 132/200 or 66%! Believe it or not, I'm thrilled with this result. It means I'm above the average, not failing, and if I improve as much as most people studying for the bar do - I'm going to pass just fine.
I skipped the lecture today, and will be blowing it off tomorrow most likely. I can study faster than they can talk, and all they are doing is going over the material that is in the book.
First ray of hope in a long time!
