Jun. 14th, 2007 10:17 pmSure you guys are out having fun, while I'm weeks into suffering 16 hour days of work and study, including the weekend. On the other hand, I paid off all my student loans with a check - and today I cashed out about 25k in stocks (including a 3-bagger). Nyah. Oh, and the people that don't think that's a lot of money, on this list, all work harder than I do and have done so for longer. So nyah.

Date: 2007-06-15 12:30 pm (UTC)I actually sat down with the boss yesterday and told her that I'm looking at switching careers in the next few years, and that money was one of the big motivating factors. I feel better knowing that it is kind of out there and in the open. As long as I am teaching, I'm staying where I am, so she was happy to hear that, and was completely understanding.
