Poop. Got my first grade in, a stinkin b- in trade secrets. Per the class size, a b- was probably below the class average. Not sure how I screwed that up.

I tried my best, so tonight I'm going to drink. I may not be able to make myself smarter, but dumb I can achieve. Woot!

Yikes. Sorry for that, I know how disappointing it is when you try so hard and still don't achieve your goals. On the encouragement side, your posts inspire me to try harder, and I appreciate them. Maybe a B- was the best grade in the class?

Nope - a B- is the average grade if there is a normal curve in a class over 25. Here, there were only about 15 people so the curve was probably for a 3.0 to a 3.2, meaning the B- is below average.
