I wasn't going to post today, but the gubmint censor blocked utube so I'm pissed off enough to waste time on purpose. If they cut the internet completely, first off you can almost get high-speed wireless now anyway, they haven't prevented you from watching full-length dvds on your computer, and I could always start smoking. I will find a way to fuck off the more they try to micro-manage my freedom. I will play video games with that guy that plays video games, sound on, in the bathroom stalls. I will walk the length of hte building for no reason. I will go to breakfast, lunch, and diner on the clock. I will intentionally work less the more they push.

Tomorrow I'm going to work from home, then I'm taking friday off. I have some errands to do, for the bar exam I have to get a 2x2 photo (ethics exam) and get 2 pages notarized in my application (MD bar).

My rugs aren't working. One of the spiffy rugs with x-o-||| [] on it was so badly crunched in the middle it can't be flattened out. Also, the living room rugs just aren't working so I'll have to get something larger. Surprisingly the targét rugs and towells were great for the price.

If I get my homework and errands done Fri, then the move on Sat and stuff stashed Sat night, I can see my dad on Sunday.

I sure hope you get what you need done so that you can see your dad. Don't start smoking. It's bad enough that my brother is stupid enough to smoke.

if the rug you love won't flatten and it's a typical ikea/target type rug, try wetting it thoroughly (outside of course) or steam cleaning it and pulling it out flat and putting some weight on it once there - it should dry ok and it'll be clean to boot

I stopped by Ikea on the way home and picked up a gray patterned rug from the bargain bin. Now I just need a 2nd opinion on whether or not it was a bad idea.

I have a 2nd opinion on the rug, and it couldn't be flattened - or it's so annoying I might as well just return and replace it.
