The park police have posted a "Wanted" poster for the homeless man bum who wanders around Rosslyn with a magic marker, painting swastikas and german SS marks everywhere.

This City Paper article describes ANOTHER guy doing the same thing in 1993.
Another bum or same bum different name?
How is this type of lunacy occurring to more than one crazy bum?
