vicarzI ate lunch downstairs, and there were crowds around the tvs in the cafeteria showing CNN. I came upstairs, started to settle in to my desk, when I remembered I had truffles in my bag for desert! I was bouncing and happy...until I remembered we're at war. Suddenly I felt a wave of guilt, knowing thousands of people are about to die, that my friends-coworkers-fellow guys who live around here are off in some desert fighting for something they may or may not agree with. Here I am worried about my goddamn candy while other people face uncertainty, adversity, and death. Dark chocolate surrounding a white creamy mint center from Lindor.
