Jan. 26th, 2006 06:51 amMichelle called. Today is her birthday? She's 30.
She called me at 2am - I thought I recognized the number as my former neighbor who I just sent an email, but it was Michelle. I called her back at 5:30, she didn't answer but returned my call later. She sounds confused. She wasn't sure where she was, asked me where I was, and didn't seem to quite understand the answers. She's convinced, or was trying to convince me, that a lot of her problems with memory were because of the pain-killers she was being given and the lack of sleep. She was definitely tired. She's been arguing with the doctors. She has a tv and a remote, but there is nothing on. I think she might have a DVD player, or that might have been at the other hospital. She wants movies now I think. I just bought some I don't have time to watch anyway, so I may send them. I'm not sure when she'll get them. She said she didn't get the letters and pictures I sent, but I don't know if she got them and forgot or didn't get them.
