Wow is my butt clean. Since returning, I'm getting a huge rim-job from the crew here. My "bitch-boss" has not only granted my flexitime request (a minor one, let me arrive between 7 and 8 then leave 8.5 hours later) but asked me to email it so should could respond in writing to cover my tail. 3 bosses have thrown giant thank you's and 'wow, great work' on some minutes I took at a pointless meeting. It's downright embarrassing. Perhaps things really have changed here. It was a cycle, but so far I have some good signs. I also have some rumors that there may be some movement at the top, which could be good as well. Work might not suck, we'll see.

Even at its worst, I have much better conditions and pay than many who read this. However, it's always about improving my condition, which is how I made it here in the first place.

It's funny, I spend a lot of time thinking about how I can impair my situation. I've been focusing on ways to work less and make less once I get my car paid off.
