Slash is...Slash is a whole passle of geeks; just ask him!
Fish is hanging out with his cane...and he is a serious geek, though a horror geek. So, I ask, what makes you a geek amongst geeks? Present your evidence, sir, or perhaps an argument!

Date: 2005-04-01 05:35 pm (UTC)I am a geek because I remember those years. I was insecure about being around you freaks - feeling like I didn't fit in. I say now I am a geek and was then for the fact that out of dozens of pictures I only appeared in one. I wonder if I still have that shirt...I think I don't.

Date: 2005-04-01 07:27 pm (UTC)Memory alone is the measure of your inner (or uber) geek? With all due respect, these images and their response presents the reservoirs of memory your former and current compatriots possess. No, sir, memory alone does not allow you to regain the geek title.
Insecurity? My good sentient, do you not realize that everyone in that picture with an IQ in the triple digits began socializing out of some form of insecurity or social disjunction? I must also underscore the very simple fact that we were not all friends, even "once upon a time," and that insecurity (and paranoia) were (are) often par for the course.
A geek because you appeared in only one picture? I must measure my protest in these terms: I have appeared in 2 images, one of which was an incidental appearance of my buttocks (black clad, of course). We are brothers-in-geek if such is your argument. In fact, these are but Fish's photos; were we to scan the voluminous reserves of the Putz, we would see far more of you...in fact, far mroe of you than many who appear in the former set of musings.
As for that shirt...well...you and clothes, who can know? I think some little cutie left one of your cocktail nights wearing it...and nothing else.
