You know what would be really sad? An LJ post at midnight NYE. I mean, by posting you'd be showing you care about the holiday. By posting at midnight, you'd be admitting you were alone at height of the event, or that your on-line "life" was more important than actual people in your life. That would be funny.

AH...but you could write the text before hand and just post it at midnight, while everyone else is trading mouth-germs. Guess we'll see. But you also have to consider that there are a lot of people who may choose to stay home tonight because, well, seems many are bored of the drink-a-thons.
