Dec. 27th, 2004 06:36 pmAw fawk yeah! I just benched 135 for 3 sets of 10 for the first time since my April injury. Schweet! I may have a jelly-belly, but I'm still building real body stuff. Soon I'll be making videos and appearing on TV - selling my alcohol and chocolate work-out plan, baby! "Godiva, Lindt, Toblerone...all of these and more can be yours, while your fat just melts away..."

I have no idea what i can bench, as the machine we have in this building is kinda weak in that it doesnt have a vertical bench press ability. More of a out and up thing. 45degree angle or wtf. I hate it but its free and im cheap.
I used to do 160 cold, not 10x3 but maybe 3x1 or so. lol. weak...
Now im more like 100 or so 10x3 since it is last thing i do before the bike.
I went down for the first time in nearly 2 months and was surprised that i didnt loose too much powah, if any. Working manual labour might have something to do with that though.
I got nice looking 15 inch biceps but damn are they ever weak.
ps: can you find a current photo of the Olsen Twin sucking on a popsicle please?

Date: 2004-12-29 11:15 am (UTC)There are no current photos of either Olsen twin sucking on popsicles! First of all, as you can tell by the ugly baby photo - the Olsen twins died long ago. All that remains is the plastic-surgeon's altered and reanimated flesh. That reanimated Michael-Jackson flesh has been maintained in a food-deprived state with eating disorders, so popsicles are considered a threat to their lucrative careers.
