Many people voted against the 'tax and spend' democrats, well the Senate vote for a $800B Debt Limit Hike was very much along party lines - democrats voting _against_ the additional spending.

DeLay gets in so much ethical trouble that the republicans had to change the rules so that if he gets indited or convicted in one of his many ethical schemes (busted 3 times in the past year alone) that he still gets to maintain his seat. When you can't follow the rules, change them!
