Amazingly enough Americans are clamoring to Bush out of their fear of terrorism, and belief that Bush's actions will protect them. This is akin to gathering underneath a tree in a thunderstorm...
I keep hearing about the historical levels of new voter registrations. Seems to me that people who think the country is hunky-dory are not going to flock to the elections boards in the same-sized droves that people who think the country is in the shitter.
And I hear that undecides tend to vote against the incumbent, becuase when it comes down to it, the new guy hasn't actualy fucked up yet, so maybe he won't.
Dude. It's more like going to top of the tallest hill around, building a metal water tower, filling it with salt water, then standing in the salt water holding a 50 foot copper rod aimed at the sky, and shouting "I DARE THEE TO SMITE ME" to the roiling clouds during a thunderstorm while wearing an "I love Lucifer" t-shirt.
