Sep. 10th, 2004 08:09 amI may be off-line at home for a bit - my internet connection randomlly stopped working. Verizon thinks it is related to the firewall that comes with update pack 2 for xp, but after uninstalling the thing still no connection. I also may have spyware on my computer, despite zonealarm, norton anti-v, and spybot. I also may just have bad tech support. Eh.
EDIT - well one tech support person refused to help, the other was very nice and helped me uninstall service pack 2 for an hour but was unable to fix it - but at 6am I got someone who just BAM fixed the problem. It seems my user name wasn't working, now it's fixed. Yawn. Xpac 2 was not the issue.

b) Could do a better job of diagnosing and resolving your problem than could Verizon's tech support
c) Don't hate you. Not enough to not help with something like that, anyway.
d) Wouldn't turn down the future services of:
1. an aspiring lawyer
2. a buff piece of hot boy meat
3. (what else are you known for?)

I'm better at being a boy-toi than a lawyer, and that may well always be the case.
