Jul. 11th, 2004 09:32 amSeems I missed a fucking good night in chairschool :(
I had a blast at the girly-drink PJ party, but next week I'll definitely have to get my dancey-dancey on. With less boxing. I think I have improved in boxing to the point that I kinda look like I know what I'm doing - until someone swings at me. Then I'm all mooshy.
djkangal stole this from someone (30 secs)

Ken went to chairschool last night wearing this shirt, while I wore the same shirt to the girl-drink-drunk pajama party. This...is n8. Today, baby jesus cried. Coincidence?

Thank you for your thoughts on values as campaign elements. It is interesting to note that there are two constituencies here, one being the thoughtful and intellectually active, the other being the unintellectual usually viewed as the ignorant.
When values descends to gay bashing, we have an issue that is presumed to inspire support from the latter, and ambiguity from the former.
However, there is a religious educated element. They are aware that someone who espouses Christianity should have some knowledge of Christ's nature and teaching. Knowledge that Christ neither practiced nor preached marriage is elementary. Rather, Christ lived in a communal arrangement with members of both sexes, and when we see him at a marriage he turns water into wine (which I understand southern Baptists have tried turn back ever since). He taught tolerance and love, and the word 'abomination' never was uttered by him.
It would seem that a follower of Christ might observe his teachings and seek to follow them. At the least.
