Statistics matter, but so does a well-designed study.
So, they have discovered that while the Honda Accord is the most frequently stolen car numerically - when you factor in how many of the buggers are on the roads they no longer hold the top spot. Ratios are everything! So...people are stealing Saturns? There are also complaints that the figures don't show how many are returned as a figure...as these numbers are used for insurance purposes.
