vicarzCicadas: it's hard not to step on the poor fellas. Oh, the carnage! I'm walking around thinking this is great training for ninjas: don't step on the dumb moving bugs! Every step is conciously chosen - to move without thinking is death! Ok, for a dumb bug and not your clan, but still. Poor buggers. Great note in this week's city paper about the fact that the cicadas do in fact pee, and that the huge numbers mean when you walk under trees you're being cicada pissed on!
I just realized that since my security clearance is pulled I can smoke pot! Yeah! I don't want to smoke pot, or inhale any other smoke, but it's nice to think that I can. To celebrate I pulled out Zepp's "Song remains the same" and BLASTED No quarter to do my abs workout.
I saw my reflection, all gymed out and hot, and introduced my 17 year old self to today. We got along better than I thought we would.
