Almost my entire f-list are lurkers.

Things going on:
Dropped another big'ol check on the contractor.
Debating what to do with the stairs.
Decided on doors - full glass with inside-window blinds on all basement doors, will add security doors (bars).
Front door will be fancy. Don't know what that means yet. I want the transom redone.
Running out of money. Really. Fuck. My 20 years of work and sacrifice created a product with an end.
Glass. Fucking. Doorknobs.
Did my first group formal run with the gf. She had multiple handicapping conditions. I just had one - I suck at running. Lamented, openly during the run, that I could be picking heavy things up. Saw a lot of good parenting.
I may be 2-3 weeks away from moving in.
Heater (boiler) hot water is on its way. Missing a heater in the living room.
Tile may be going in the kitchen today, if not, soon.
Appliance time for the upstairs - suggested before stairs are destroyed and replaced/fixed (I now know what risers and treads are). I've been scanning appliance prices forever and let me tell you - there is no such thing as a sale on appliances. That's always the price, no matter what discount they claim. Want a discount? Risk an outlet / open box / reburb. 10-40% off never show a price difference between sears / applianceconnection / lowest / homedespot / bestbuy.
I refuse to shop in any store open on t-day. I don't give a rat's ass about racist friday either, but just to be lazy and obnoxious.
