Scared.
Thur I did a whopping 335 for 5 deadlift, and it caused pain in my LEFT hip (surgery was on the right). It's Sat evening and it hasn't gone away.

If this is a tear on the other side, it makes sense...why would the hip be one shape on the right and another on the left...but in all this only one side had the problem. I'm unsure of what to do other than hope I feel better and be tender as hell trying to squat tomorrow. Maybe I just need to recover slower - I am doing conventional, but it's felt so...so very good to lift without pain.

If I have to fucking have surgery on the other side...for what? To lift weights? It's as if I'm just not meant to be strong.

Hope this is a minor setback. The flexibility still hasn't returned to the robot-surgery'd joint though I'm getting better.

As another minor thing, I forget that I have or had a tear in my pecs I never addressed. This would explain the weakness and recurring problems in that shoulder.

Tired of injuries. Maybe there is a god and he wants me to be just another fatamerican (tm). Instead of leaving the house, I could just watch porn, work all week and then blast pop movies on my home system while live tweeting my opinion on the sexplosions, and order food in.

Hope I'm just freaking out over nothing. But my butt. Maybe we could just knock me out once and let the robots fix all the parts at once.

Visited the house today. The slab is not across the entire floor as it appears in my fb picture, but the back half is done. There is a concrete mixer in my basement and most of the large beams/boards have been moved onto the slabbed part of the room. It's not as thick as I might have expected but it's got a solid base.

I left the mini-stereo there for them to have, and they ran a speaker into the basement. However they then spray-foamed the joints at the wall, so the speaker wire is foamed into the wall. Someday I'll take the time to take it out. Related - most everything I left there, intending to reuse some and mostly donate to 2nd chance / community, has been broken.

Most of the place is insulated, and they started putting drywall on the ceiling in the middle bedroom. Other than that, not much going on.

It's kind of intimidating, knowing all the work that isn't 100% charted out, and not being sure of which questions to pursue...is he putting the ceiling fans in, or when do I buy them? When do I buy appliances (and will that be a disaster as I peruse the outlet?) I sent him a link to my favorite toilet...

Veronica and I visited the place and thinks a pinball machine doesn't go in the living room. I don't like the idea of it hidden away in the office, but I don't see how it really fits in the main space either...all places I can see it sort of "block the flow." Then again, so does having furniture.

I bought pleather padded barstools, 2, for the kitchen bar thing. They've been disassembled in my trunk for 4 days...
