I haven't gotten around to chalk drawing the walls or leaving time capsules. I'm tired of the whole process.

Technically I don't have to do much, cabinets are picked out and tile is pending per my theme and their stock. However I am going to go in with Scott and check layout as it goes in, from light positioning to switches and closets.

I'm trying to make myself pick out appliances. David was insisting that for the market I'm looking at I need to blow 10 grand on appliances for high end things I've never heard of and don't care about; others and comparative listing make me think I can do exactly what I want and what he says not to do - go into a scratch n'dent sears and buy a bunch of $300 appliances to call it a day.

Can't decide if I want an over-oven microwave or vent hood and separate countertop microwave - thinking the later.

I'm trying to make myself pick out on appliance a day - sounded like a good idea when I was sick this weekend, now I'm tired and don't want to spend my waking free hours looking at $1600 washing machines in consumer reports.

It's mid-July. I have an inbox full of party invites but I never seem to go through them.
