Freaked out this morning when I realized as the contract is broken out, I might be able to move into my house in April. Like 6 weeks. I was thinking August based on when I thought _all_ the work might be done; however the only reason I wouldn't be able to move into the house after the basement dig, floor, plumbing, and elec is done is construction annoyance. Even as renovations are done I could move from one bedroom to another, use a bathroom on one floor or the other, and cooking isn't my strong suit. Downside - needing to fix up the floors sooner.
Every month I'm out of the condo is potentially 2700-3500 in rent. I better spend more time checking those figures.
My boss has just sent a series of emails in which all my stated concerns are being addressed. Dammit, I think she's trustworthy and decent, but her boss remains. I know I'm too quick to forgive (or I'm not and don't realize how much my long-term temper hurts me) so I shouldn't let 3 months of her supervisor's abuse be masked by her ability to manage his abusive control-freaking ass.
Why is dammit not spelled damnit?
