1. Posted leggo everything is awesome video to fb because everyone was whining about changing the clocks.
2. I am HIGH right now on endorphins after a very demanding gym workout...I am also shocked and thrilled I made it through it.
3. After going over my favor contractor's bid in detail with Scott, I think I've settled on a contractor which means the work actually is close to having a start and end date.
4. Jason and Lisa suggested design ideas, understanding the don't-cross-the-joists limitation, and now I think I have a new reno plan for the main level that works, is reasonably priced, and increases the value of the home without costing 6 figs.
5. Visited the neighbor's place for sale: if that place if 585 then I got a bargain. It was rough at best, had mattresses everywhere, though the elderly woman who lived there was there during the open house (so let's be respectful). In any case, while I liked the fact it still had original transoms, door trim, n'stuff, it need metric tonnes of work, was smaller than my house, and lacked the basement access and size of mine. If that's worth 585 I may have gotten a real bargain.
6. Also, visiting the neighbor's place, saw the clientele that was checking out the 'hood. Hipsters, pretty preppie white girls...I think I just increased my rent demand after seeing who was checking out the area!
