Appraisal came in higher than purchase price, but I don't think that's a big deal (was hoping it came in lower to use it for negotiating even further down). Unexpected happy side effect is now having a better drawn floor plan. Basement is 850 sf in total, making me look at my 783 sf condo and think I should make a 2br basement rental for even higher rent. Mmm daddy.
