Feb. 8th, 2013 08:50 amOur admin staff is required to scan all incoming mail and email it to our staff with the case name and a short description in the subject tline.
The "bad" secretary inexplicably puts the mail in the document feeder of the scanner/fax/copier (a large free-standing production machine, not a table-top item) and makes a copy. Then she puts the copy into the (same) document feeder and emails it to herself. She then forwards the email with the attachment to the recipient with a subject that says "U got mail"
