1 year ago todayish is hard to compare to today because I was doing different workouts and my blown-out elbow was worse than today. That said, here is a then and now:

Then:
Squats: 255 for 7, or 1rm of 305
DL: (not done) started April? April 9 I did 315 for 5, or a max of 354 (with shit form)
Press: (just started, unable due to elbow) June 80 for 10 (1st set, 8 next), or max of 105-110?
Bench: 195 for 2 or max 200

Today:
Squats: 315 for 2, or 1rm of 325 (up 20)
DL: 405 for 1 (unless today is 2, in which case I'm going to anticipatorily throw away the jack to my car) (up 50)
Press: 135 for 2, or 1rm of 140 (up 30)
Bench: This week I'm trying for 225 and may succeed, but I've done 215 (up 15-25)

I'm not thrilled with this progress. It's progress which is the main thing, but it's quite slow. I take some solace in the injury getting better, but I still can't just reach out and open a window at the wrong angle without my elbow exploding.

However, my numbers back then are not terribly accurate as I was doing more types of exercises and oriented towards higher reps.

Gym was full of fail - not only did my DL not hit 405 for 2, it took 2 long breaks and 3 tries to get 405 up for 1 AND I literally dropped it on the way down. I also was dizzy, almost blacked out, and spent a lot of time really trying not to throw up (on that mission I was successful). Raw is cool and all, but I need to improve my grip strength.
