May. 31st, 2011 11:33 amI had written a "Motion for Summary Judgment" which laid out the law, stated facts in a numbered list with each referencing a piece of evidence, and then explained point by point why this clown didn't even deserve a day in court. In response, the Complainant did nothing until the Judge told him to respond. He responded in a rambling narrative of 2-3 pages without a single paragraph break - and frankly without many breaks in sentences which covered 5-6 lines. On the way from the office to B'more, I read an excerpt to Janna along these lines:
"The Agency's Summary Judgment Should be rendered mute..."
"Mute?" Janna queried. "Rendered mute? What on ear...oh my god, he means moot!"
You might like it were the Agency's Representative rendered mute.
"Well, yeah!"
I'll respond to the Judge: "Agency's Counsel's significant other wishes to endorse the motion should it be interpreted as rendering the Agency's Representative mute."
