No, Will Robinson! "Danger, Danger..."
Oh, don't say it...Lost In Space!
But I said Lost In Space?!
No you didn't -
Yes she did, I heard it right over here
Danger, Danger...my arms are flailing wildly...
[Mgr] Why the hell are we talking about this? [/Mgr]
[Me] Because it's easier than work...[/Me] [Laughter]
I have probably said this before, but for illogical reasons I need to get this off my chest YET AGAIN.
Legal and logical errors:
1. Your reaction is not a cause of action
"And he said that I wasn't at the full performance level. I started sweating, my heart pounded, and I nearly passed out. Then I couldn't get out of bed. I had to go to intensive psychotherapy for 2 months and was unable to work during that time..."
Bitch, you fucking crazy. Someone slighting your work performance, hell if they smacked you upside the damn head, you aint got no business freaking out like that. Just because you're batshit crazy and have overblown emotional reactions does not change the fact that nobody done you wrong. I'll grant that you're broken - but we are not the reason why. That's all you.
2. Knowledge of your status is not synonymous with action based on your status
"Well it's obvious I'm female and my name sounds Azn so I sincerely and clearly believe that their actions were obviously based upon my race and sex when they said I was not up to the level of ..."
Yeah, and the fact I have rainbows on my cubicle does not mean that when my boss refers to me as "being a dick" that it is necessarily and inherently a result of the fact he knows of my fagtastic status. You being black does not mean that when you were fired it was because you were black. You being female does not mean when you were admonished for turning in a poor quality report was discrimination based on your gender.
As a sub point, the more adjectives, conclusory statements, and punctuation marks!? in your statement the less likely it is convincing.
When people say "clearly" it isn't.
3. Your beliefs are not important.
I sincerely believe that I was discriminated against.
Well, that doesn't help any of us that are not you. Explain upon what you base this belief that can be verified in the real world. Your strength of conviction is no match, NO MATCH AT ALL, for the complete and utter lack of evidence to support your point.
