Dec. 4th, 2008 03:21 amI think the sleepless nights are related to the harder working out and less food. I've been dieting, that thing I say not to do. Does nothing for my mood this being hungry all the time. I just got sick of my gut. All comments of "you're not fat" will be deleted. I have a simplistic view of some things, and I have two types of tummy: a) washboard, or b) fat. I've gone from 140something down to 140 - I think I was 145/146. Now I'm 140/141. Granted, alcohol and restaurant food has been allowed so the loss is slow, but I've worked out nearly every day without fail, doing that cardio crap regardless of how it affects my weightlifting.
