Talking to a guy who likes male looking males in the coffee shoppe today (shoppe is cooler than shop or store, you know). I had to explain that the b-g emo couple sitting on the arms of the chair together was "cute like puppies, not like 4chan." He has the world's coolest mousey-pad.
Today is the first day in about 4 months I could have worked out that I am not going to. I have nothing left even though I last worked Monday evening. My lower back is still tight and screaming tired, in fact vacuuming last night made it feel like I just deadlifted again. My biceps are still screaming, and my elbow is destroyed. Oh, and my upper back on one side is also slightly strained. I'm running out of nonbroken parts, so as much as it pains me, I'm going to wait until most of my tight, sore, pain-filled, and weak areas are back to some level of relative strength. Al this strength training is leaving me weak.

Running out of energy for this thought pattern. Instead of pursuing it to some sort of intellectual point or conclusion, I think I'll just take a nap despite the 3 coffees.
