Ohmigod ow. So ok, I'm doing deadlifts at much lower weight, but I'm not hurting myself. Good. Many of my other weights, arm lifted weights are flatlining, so I will have to break this routine before long. But goddamn...my leg press. I pulled off a decent 540 today - hooray, but once I've done that I'm kinda...done. I mean that rips the shit out of me, and after that I'm just alternating lifting and trying not to pass out. I'm still staggering.
Talked to a dood who was doing front squats to the floor. Damn that looks hard. We discussed the deadlifts and he has the same issues I do. One solution he proposed was a wider grip, drawing you lower to start with. I watched him - he kept his back straight really well.
