But...so much to read through this. The neat thing is the program they describe isn't that radically different than what I'm doing now.
So I'm probably skipping spellbound tonight as I don't want to pay for or see voltaire, even though so many of my friends are going. I might go see beowulf at the drunkhouse, but probably won't. I wanna drink too much, but it's looking like a quiet sober night tonight - not for a lack of options though. The gym will be hard if I don't drink, good things.
Today and tomorrow are the chocolate festival!
TAX INFO
You may want to investigate standard IRAs compared to Roth IRAs and the 2010 conversion! If I understand correctly, and I may well not, it appears you can put in standard IRA funds now, only to convert them to Roth (which has no taxes on withdrawal) in 2010. I've heard it told that due to The "Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation act of 2005" (what a horrid title) it appears high-income folks (110k (160k joint filers)) might be able to contribute to a nondeductable IRA from 2006-2010 and then convert the whole pot to a Roth in 2010, with only the gains taxed. Research on your own because I'm not your accountant or lawyer, but hey it's interesting stuff. And by interesting, I mean important.
I've started on my taxes, and with a huge sale of investments and the start of my first investment property this year - I've got my work cut out for me. I won't be using tax software (I have a spreadsheet that does most of what they do) or an accountant. Owie.
Oh about lifting weights and running...nah this is boring enough...
