Ohshit. That wasn't a mouseykins I found in my ceiling. I left out the part about finding 3 fleas on myself around that time (none since). No, it turns out that mouseses are not 5-6" long with tails 3/4 to the same size as they are. However, that is a dead-on description of a baby rat. Rats turn into colonies quickly, and we already have babies. Why do all the worst things always happen to me, the prez of the condo assoc? I can't complain to anyone! I don't get any super service either - as for most problems, there really isn't much you can realistically do. I will have to revisit my mortality issue though, as I understand speed is a real issue with rat infestations. I've said I would prefer nonlethal methods, but just got more flexible.
