Damn, I try to stay up later so I don't wake up at 4am every day, and 3:30 becomes the new time to wake up wide awake. No idea what's going on with me or why this involuntary routine is so regular. No problem though - I have the time to be awake and recover. Hope this doesn't last.

What can I babble about. Ohmigod my ass hurts and I'm glad ;P Doing squats in the gym is working out fine, and I'm seeing fast results from the full squats with no problems yet (though my knees are making crunching sounds when I go up the stairs, they don't hurt (yet)). Between them and changing my "bob" stance in boxing, my ability to hold any squat in my day-to-day life is amazing me. If I did that dry-humping on the dance floor thing I'd um...be great at that right now. Good to know! Strained my back a little doing deadlifts, but not to the point of real injury. Both my hands seem to have recovered. I've lost about a lb of the 2lbs I put on. Dull dull dull.

Too self centered? Oh, it's LJ - why censor myself. It's 4am on LJ. Egads, man.

Josh posted a vid of zombie movie from a zombie point of view. Wouldn't a zombie survival handbook be shorter were it just for zombies? "Slow and steady wins the race. When you wake you'll likely see someone who remembers your former life, and this may be your single best time to taste blood. Don't rush, even if in an enclosed space, as your slow movements are likely to retain an air of who they once knew. Moving to them slowly is your best chance - trust me. Also, they tend to underestimate your abilities when you just stagger towards them. If they're unable to kill you, great, but you still need to preserve your strength - never rush for a kill. If they point a gun at you, whack you, or push you down - keep going without pause. Sure it "hurts," but no worse than what you already feel. Remember, the point is to spread our condition, so no number of losses is important. It's only our ability to persevere under the worst of conditions without any sign of weakness that makes us so strong. Take one for the team, knowing one of us will eventually taste their sweet sweet brains..."
