Yay! Over the random winter holidays, I got another decision on a friggin motion I filed back in July 2006. It turns out not only was my MSJ successful on another repeat filer, but my statement of facts and was incorporated into the decision. Generally so were my conclusions of law, but the judge was (of course) more liberal towards the pro se complainant. Still, we won. Now, answer me why the July MSJ was granted in December?
