Got a law school problem.

I decided to take one class over the summer to ease my load slightly during the semester. The class I chose was a Seminar in the emerging law of internet privacy (though it's more accurate to say privacy as impacted by technology in general). I have attended one class, and will attend another tonight. There are approximately 12-15 people in the class. Class is 8-10 TuTh.

Although this is only 2 credits, they seem to assign about 50 pages of reading (or more, it's hard to tell w/o looking up each article - avg 2 articles per class) per class. There are three mini-papers due in blue-book format, 2-3 pages each, and a 20-25 page paper (blue-book for publishing). I have a pending call in to the records office requesting information available regarding the grade span of prior classes. The prior grade spread was A+, 2 A, 2 A-, 2B+, 2B, 2B-, 1C+

Issues:
1. I can withdraw and get a full tution refund until Friday COB.
2. I will not know what my GPA/Class Rank is like anytime soon as grades from Spring term are not posted. If my grades from this semester suck then I could do a half-assed job in the class and still do ok (the professors recommended skimming the articles)!
3. I would like to have a summer of working out and playing. I was hoping to do that despite the one 2cr class, not expecting the workload. There is no guarantee that my summer will suck or not suck with or without the class. I'm still fucking grumpy from last semester :(
4. I have to do a class of this caliber at some point in our career anyway, and even if it is hard it might be easier over the summer than during the semester?
