LJ is now on a list of banned sites for content at the USDA. I'm going to file an 'appeal,' but while personal use of the net is allowed - they designed appeals of banned sites to be based on organizational need. Yay - I have to battle for a time-killer. I may have to revert to nose-picking in the office again.
