The idiots in my office are whining about what a shitty day it is outside. Why refer to them as idiots? It was warm and sunny on the weekend when you have time off, and then shitty on the workday. Duh!? That's fucking perfect!

People whine that they don't want to get out of bed when the weather is bad...huh? I'm sorry, but when the weather outside is shitty, it's the perfect day to work! Who the hell wants to be trapped in the office when it's sunny and 75!? Give me freezing rain to work by, and nice weather when I'm free. Figure it out!

On the other hand, if you have nothing to do on a weekend it can be cold and nasty out and you can stay inside. If I have to walk 8 blocks (to and from work) on a cold nasty day, I would love to bitch. (I guess I'll bitch less when it happens like every day).

I don't mind being in my office when it's sunny. The sun pours in the window and keeps me warm, which the heater in here generally fails to do. Then I eat lunch on the roof deck.

I had forgotten to factor in that whole walking thing. I have a new coat, and it's so warm I've kinda forgotten there is an outside to worry about.

must agree about the walking to work and bitching.
especially since i go to work at 10:30pm.(work night shift at a hotel in manhattan) and when it's rainy or cold and i have to walk 7 blocks to the subway and wait then walk 6 blocks to work from the subway- i tend to get grumpy if it's cold.
then again, i am on vampire hours and i sleep in the day when the sun is out. how goth can i get??? teehee.
